I forgot the password to my cPANEL account

If you can not remember your user ID or password to your cPANEL account, you will need to open a support ticket and request assistance.  You will be required to provide us the billing information for the account by telling us the billing address for the credit card, the last four digits on the card, and the contact mailing address for your cPANEL account.

We know this can be a pain, but we are only trying to make sure that your site remains secured and only you, the authorized user, has access to the account.
