Why doesn't FTP work for me?

FTP is available on the server but we are using a different port than 21.  In order to use FTP you need to change your FTP PORT from 21 to 2121.

We are sorry for any confusion this might have caused, but there are numerous hackers trying to break into your and other sites using port 21.  To help reduce the risk to your website we have made this change.

Most FTP applications allow you to enter the port in a seperate field.  If this does not exist in your application you can normally place a :2121 after your domain name in your FTP settings.
